Man Man newish album “Rabbit Habbits” may be my favorite for the whole year so they deserve three songs off the album

Big Trouble by Man Man

The Ballad Of Butter Beans by Man Man

Top Drawer by Man Man

Definitely on the top 5 best of the year…Saw them live at Lolla this summer. The surprised me, the show was stunning. They are such a powerful force live, wouldn’t of thought so. Everything just fits perfectly, elements that make no sense in any-other context just work here so well, such a sweet blend.

I know the chances are still slim but…

YESS! YES! YEAH!HIZZAH!

I know I shouldn’t believe or even post these rumors cause they popped up last year and nothing happened, besides NME loves to make something out of nothing and also have a nasty rep of lying. BUT its nice to hear Damon talk about it and the Gorillaz news is appreciated

Stay Windy

Kanye West’s new stuff is old news. Videos? Slightly less old.

New Video for Heatless. Good old Hype Williams has been doing most of Kanye’s new stuff…

Awesome liveness for Love Lockdown

The screen as a floor is something i can dig for hours. Plus the whitness when he walks out. SWEET. Funny thing is he was banned from ever preforming on the EMA’s ever again cause of the blow up against Justice, claiming he had the better video and deserved the award over them.  But two-ish more like one-ish year later we can compare Justice’s original D.A.N.C.E to Kanye West’s Good Life and well…Kanye is obviously inspired by Justice, who apparently cheated him from winning a award for his genius video back in 2006.

As for his new stuff…its a new sound that I am not totally in love with BUT at least he is brave enough to branch out.

Cause I can…Homecoming. Great video showing off Chicago, once again, by Hype Williams

Finally Part II

I have always been lookin for this song ever since my brother took his library off the families computer. I dont know why it took so long once again. But i gots it now! Turns out it was beck

Can, Haz, Do: Girl Talk

I never got Girl Talk. His mashups can be good but lots of time they are way too schizophrenic for me to enjoy. The album is one long song, he knows it, but its not really a song just a DJ set. Anyway I went to his concert last night cause I heard his shows are great; they are. He is meant to be listened to live. The short and jumpiness of a song fuels the audience and if the audience digs a certain part of the song he will elongate it, which is needed on his albums but there is just not enough space. I got on stage during the show (but who hasnt?); the people were really nice up there and the best part was there was space to move if you wanted to and if you wanted to get close to Girl Talk you could with ease.  A couple of times the stage felt like it was going to collapse, thats never a good feeling.  The photos will speak for themselves. A video exists, but just watch that on my facebook…link? i dont know if that works for you non facebook people or those that aren’t friends with me. In total, Girl Talk went from a 4.7 to a 7.3 (scale from 0.0 to 10.0) in my book last night so thats a pretty good improvement. Now if people ask me if I like him I will be like “He is alright [schizophrenic complaint] but he knows how to put on a live show and he is meant to be experienced liked that”

Can, Haz, Do: You Seen/Heard this right?

You know of She and Him right? Resurrecting a 60′s sound, simple and sweet. Genius.

You know of Brian Wilson right? DUH. If not…well…you kinda uhhhhh….dont deserve to live…

Any way combined New with Old and you get one of my favourtite interviews ever.
